I need your help. I would like to buy Globalstar satellite phone from Ericsson - Ericsson R 290 S Pro Satellite. Where I can find it?

Ericsson doesn't make the R290 satellite phone anymore and it is pretty difficult to find it on secondary market. HighSpeedSat hasn't carried those since September 2007. One of the option is to try to get this satellite telephone on the eBay. Here is a direct link to the eBay auctions for Globalstar devices and you can check if any Ericsson R-290 is on the sale at the moment:
