This is a troubleshooting guide if your Iridium phone displays the message "Rotate and Extend Antenna" even after you have rotated and extended the antenna.

This error message will normally occur when the handset's antenna has not been rotated and extended. For the Iridium 9505 to function correctly, the antenna has to be rotated and extended as described in the instruction manual.

I have purchased a used satellite Motorola Iridium Phone. It is currently blocked. Do I simply open an account and get a new SIM card for a new number for the phone to start my new service or do I have to do something with the previous owner?
